EDUCATION

Spent three creative years at London College of Fashion gaining a degree in Prosthetic make-up for the performing arts. I graduated 2006.

It was at LCF that I realised how much I loved writing.

AFTER UNIVERSITY

Simple. Seeing the world. After my three years at University, I began working at the London Palladium theatre. In 2008 I returned to Scotland and then left on my adventure. I haven't been a full time resident of Britain since 2008.

WHERE MY LIFE HAS TAKEN ME

Europe, Egypt, India, China, Korea, Japan, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand.....

I will go anywhere and everywhere to experience life outside of my own comforts.

India captured my heart and will forever be my favourite country.

WHERE I WANT MY LIFE TO GO

When I was young I created a world inside my mind where I placed all weird things. Things I didn't understand or things I liked and felt I wanted to remember. This world grew and grew. The population increased each year and the environment got more peculiar. Talking dolphins, glowing trees and men with wings all resided in this imaginary place. As I got older I began to forget about my little world and so it just lay dormant in my mind.

Years later at university we began work on a creative project. For some reason this project pulled me back to this little world that I had created so long ago and ever since I've taken pieces out and put them on paper.

Of course, I still add to this world at the same time as taking from it. For me, this place is my sanctuary. It helps take me back to being an open minded child, to a time where magic was real and where absolutely anything could happen.

It's because of this world that I want to write. In another world of my creation, this one not being imaginary, I'd want to publish my works and allow others to enjoy what I have enjoyed for years.
